What We Do

Meet CORE Pharmacy

Pharmacy compounding is the art and science of preparing customized medications to suit individual patient needs. At Core Pharmacy we work with patients and physicians to provide a personal and customized solution to meet your pharmaceutical needs. We can offer customized drug strengths, dosage forms (creams/ointments, tablets/capsules, suppositories, etc.), flavours, or exclude specific ingredients present in commercially available products that may be allergy-inducing to some patients.

Compounded Medications are commonly made for:

  • Hormone Replacement Therapy
  • Pain Management
  • Thyroid Imbalances
  • Dermatology Use
  • Veterinary Use
  • Dental
  • Wound Care
  • Patients with Allergies/Intolerances

Pharmacy compounding is much more than mixing medications into bases. Pharmacists consider the physical and chemical properties of each medication that we use and formulate them into stable pharmaceutically elegant products.

We offer same or next day services on most compounds, and offer free delivery anywhere in the city! We also offer direct billing services to your insurance plan so that you don’t have to worry about submitting claim forms or coordinating coverage between multiple insurance plans. Leave the complexities to us and know that your care is in expert hands.

The following compounds are available for purchase with a prescription:

  • All Purpose Nipple Ointment
  • Atropine Eye Drops (0.01%, 0.02%, 0.025% & 0.05%)
  • Clomiphene Citrate 50mg Capsule
